DL Viewer was an Italian software to read and play DL animation file format (.DL extension). The program was written in 1990 and was a public domain software. The program was the free companion of another software called DL Maker used to create those animations. They both were written from Davide Tomè and Luca De Gregorio from Milan (Italy).
